커튼도 없고 서스펜션도 오래전에 사라졌으며 저장 공간도 전혀 없는 베트남에서 우리가 경험한 최악의 침대 버스였습니다. 당연히 충전도 안 되고, 와이파이도 안 됩니다. 무엇보다도, 우리는 고속도로를 질주하는 운전자 때문에 2시간 40분 일찍 도착했고, 우리가 지불한 6시 30분이 아닌 오전 4시 직전에 많은 사람들이 어둠 속에 좌초되었습니다. 밤의 마지막 서비스에 대해 더 많은 비용을 지불할 가치가 없었습니다. 정말 쓰레기였습니다.

The worst sleeper bus we have had in vietnam with no curtains, suspension long gone and absolutely no storage space. Obviously no charging and wifi. Worst of all, we arroved 2 hours 40 early due to the driver racing down the highways, leaving lots of people stranded in the dark shortly before 4am rather than 6.30 that we paid for. Not worth paying more for the last service of the night, it was crap

I bought a bus ticket with this company and it was the worst experience of my life.
First, my ticket told me to go to a certain bus stop then I received another email telling me to wait for my bus at another location.
Not knowing which indication was the right one, I asked on their WhatsApp and waited where they told me to.
I waited a long time, asking them if the bus was late, and they told me that it would arrive and that I shouldn't worry.
But the bus never came !!!!
They told me that the driver was new and forgot to pick me up and that I would have to wait until the next morning to take the next one and that they were really sorry.
(I understand mistakes happen sometimes)
The next day, i take the bus they told me to but the driver refuse to let me in even when i showed him the message and that was the driver error.
I had to pay a new 550k dong to get in the bus !!!! Huge scam, don't book with this company !!!!

We got the bus we paid for. The toilets were clean. Each bed had a private light that you controlled. The staff were friendly. And there was a charging port.

It was a bit of a hassle at the starting point (5 bus companies and 60+ people at the same time) and we were 1.5hrs EARLIER than expected, so getting out was a bit of a rush too, but the ride itself was safe and comfy.

Uncomfortable ride. 2130 until 0500, we only stopped for a toilet break once, at 0230. I tried finding a toilet at the back of the bus in the dark, as I walked down the corridor some Vietnamese bloke who was laying on the floor between berths (despite there being an empty bed next to him) started kicking me and pointing at me to go away, so I couldn't get past him to see if there was a toilet (I'm assuming not). After that the driver / assistant were speaking loudly while passengers were trying to sleep. Also the bus that turned up was a Queen Cafe, not even a TBus.
Bus quality was good but the driver was driving like maniac plus the suspension was poor so we were jumping and flying on the beds like on a rodeo, zero sleep, plus were 2h earlier so middle of the night instead in the morning.
Staff were extremely rude. Several of the chairs on the bus were faulty so you could not adjust them. Overall not a great experience with this company.

We bought a ticket to Tam Coc, which states we were going to be dropped off at the Tam Coc bus station. The bus driver however stopped only at Ninh Binh and told us to get out there. We explained to him but he didn't listen so we had to find a taxi at 4am to Tam Coc. The bus was also 1h late.
