We had an accident during the transfer. It was not the driver's fault: one of the passenger (a lady I believe from Portugal) distracted him and caused a dangerous crash with another vehicle. Luckily no one was seriously injured but it was a very bad experience. I have not heard from the company yet despite my emails to clarify everyone's position.
The driver took three hours to gather everybody, he was unorganized, his cell phone was not charged in the beginning, his charger was not up to date. During heavy traffic in Bangkok he was scrolling through his phone, fb or other private chats. Overall, it took us up to 11 hours from Koh Chang to Bangkok and it was partly the driver’s fault. The van was dirty, there were used plastic bottles in front pocket, trash from previous trip(s) not acceptable.
The driver was quite abrupt and driving very fast - not a comfortable vehicle or drive and did not feel safe at times. Have used 12go lots of times but this was the worse trip
