Kamila I have arrived to bus stop and the lady rolę me that my bus will be at 12:00 pm however i have bought the ticket for 11 am. The buses were going to Pattaya during this one hour but I couldn’t get in. Nobody speaks English there. There were saying that 12Go scam people so I can call them but they cannot do anything.
I just don’t recommend this bus stop ( Mochit New Van Terminal)

Gregory WGood luck finding the place in the bus terminal! We ask more than 20 people for an hour. Finally somebody told us you need to cross the huge highway overpass style. Then it was all good. Do not bring any luggage. If you book extra seats they still sell those seats and no room for your bags that you paid for. The people I met beside me got 2 extra seats and they got ripped off. Was the most stressful check in 50 countries around the world. I should of just booked at the terminal

Viktoria WMinivan took us to a Bus station in the west of Bangkok (the opposite direction of the way to Pattaya) where we had to wait for 1 and a half hours for another minivan to pick us up.
The Minivan was full. Luckily we only had one big backpack that we had to stuff into it in addition. The driver didn’t drop us off at the bus station in Pattaya as it is stated in the booking but just randomly somewhere on the road in Pattaya. The ride itself was completely fine. All in all it probably would have been cheaper and faster to get a grab ride to the Airport and pick an Express Shuttle to Pattaya from there.

Henrik HDid not leave me at the hotel as specified in the booking, it was supposed to be hotel transfer. Instead I had to change vans and then was dropped outside town and told to find my way. Pretty shocking experience.
