After 30 minutes of travel, we had to change to another van. Was a lot of chaos. We had to sit next to our suitcases, where there was absolutely no space or fresh air. Picked up 10:40, arrived 14:55

We took this bus because it said that we would be quicker, ended up taking 1 hour longer than expected cuz we had to stop and check 40min into the ride… after that we had to get on a different bus because people couldn’t fit, new bus was better tho but overall not really good when it comes to logistics and organisation

Right, I’m not really one to make a fuss but this bus journey simply isn’t as described. Also, you have to change bus 2 times and none of this is made obvious at any point so this review will spell it out- your mileage may vary of course. We were picked up by some guy shouting Phuket Phuket from our hotel lobby which I was fine with. We were the only people on this leg of journey. Drove about 10 minutes swapped to a bigger bus on the road side that was VERY full. When we got to Phuket bus terminal (1 hr from intended destination). The guy said ok final stop, so I mentioned to him this is for Patong not Phuket bus terminal. He got me on a bus which terminated at the beach, some 20 minute walk from jungceylon mall which is where it was meant to end. I’m not one to complain and we did get there in the end but for the sake of clarity- change the termination point and make it clearer what the itinerary is.
