The ticket came with included transfer from our hotel to the ferry station but they forgot to pick us up. They only informed us they add miss our stop and that we needed to get to the ferry on our own after 1h of waiting and insisting for updates. They so told us the ferry would leave at 2pm but we got thete , thankfully , at 1.30pm and it was all ready to departure without us. After that they offered us a 150 baht refund for each ticket (300baht for 2 tickets) which didn't cover the cost of our transport to the ferry station. Also only 150 baht was actually refunded, only one ticket instead of the two purchased.

Driver picked us up on time, vehicle was bit worse for wear and very hot but fine overall. Got to pier with time to spare and the ferry crossing was great, very smooth 2hrs - toilets and mini shop on board were great.
