Hello . The Bus was completly Full. Every Seat taken. Even in the walkway was lugagge. In case of an accident very dangerous . Also I lost my glasses in one of the Busses . Due to hectic Bus Switch. BR Frederic

The bus driver got us there safely, I think the company over book the seats and don’t take into consideration people’s luggage so we’re all sitting like we’re sardines in a tin. Air con was also poor on the full mini bus which in 30 degree heat on a long journey is not ideal. We were collected by one bus late from our hotel and dropped off at a bus station then had to wait 45 mins for the next one but no one was told how long the wait was going to be, this then took us on a long drive to the ferry & the boat itself only took about 5 mins.

Too many people and too much luggage in the van. The driver did not know our hotel although we booked the transfer and named the resort. Very poor Service.

Picked up by van easy in the morning. Taken to check in office and changed van to drive to Koh lanta. Stayed in the van whilst on the ferry but you can get off. Dropped off at hotel in good time.

The van was extremely hot and anytime we asked the driver to use the air conditioning, he acted like we were ruining his day. Then, for drop offs he didn't actually take us to the locations we provided and simply dropped us on the street to figure it out.
