We stqyed over an hour at the bus office in Krabi after pick-up from the hotel without an explaination. We were two hours late arriving at our destination.

Not on time and confusing as hell as driver kept on yelling at different passengers „what hotel, what hotel” even though we all give our hotels at the stop to another person who put everything on the map for the driver. We were also more than 30 minutes later than planned (about an hour later)

Pickup was 15minutes late, we were picked up by a nice comfortable van. But after a 10minute drive, we stopped on the side of the road and were told nothing by a driver. After some more waiting, we were told to change cars to a much shittier van. We could feel every pot hole, the AC was poor and there were no courtains. We stopped at bus station and the airport to pick up more people and finally there were 12 people in the van plus their suitcases, so people sitting in the front and back were surrounded by a mountain of bags. The driver was nice but next time I would rather pay more for a more comfortable ride. Don't recommend unless you are on a very strict budget.
