Joana JBus service was impeccable, we were on the wrong place and finally we could contact them via whatsapp and waited for us. Be careful the departure is wrong both in 12go email and ticket, is the Putra Remaja office, not both locations. The van was very comfortable, on time, they gave us a little snack and we even arrive before, even with our late start.

Natalia LIt got us from one place to another without an accident but it didn't meet expectations, particularly in comfort. DayTrans should change their pictures for this night shuttle - expecting a nice big adjustable seat where we could have a chance of sleeping, we had a tiny seat in a regular van which was extremely uncomfortable. There was music blasting (luckily after my complaints it wasn't so loud but still, it's a night bus). The drive itself was also not ideal, I can't say I wasn't afraid for my life at times, resulting in arriving 1 hour before schedule. Nevertheless, we were happy to be out of the van and would not use this service again.
