There were electrical issues with the train and it was delayed for about an hour. The QR code didn’t work through the QR code ticket line and it was very confusing to navigate. In the end we made it to where we were going but it was not on time and stressful.

The bus was very small, the seats were not comfortable and there is not much room.
If you choose the cheapest you have to accept that it will not be very comfortable.

Surprised to learn you will confirm the ticket… if it was a shorter delay between buying and taking the train I will be very stressed.
Then, very limited information to reach the right gate, because if the we code scan ( good solution but better with an app like adding it on a wallet)
So, finding the right place in this huge station was a challenge. Getting a real ticke fat the gate should be clear too…
So, selling a ticket is not enough.
