It will be good if on arrival at each destination, the bus captain inform passengers of the place by showing of the card with the name of the place written in English and Mandarin, as not every passenger is Japanese. Thank you.

The service was really poor, one of the bus driver was very mean and didn’t even try to communicate with us, not in English neither in Japanese somehow. There wasn’t the possibility to open the curtain for example, we didn’t know about that and he suddenly threatened us to make us get off the bus if we opened the curtains again. No courtesy or kindness at all.
