I felt somewhat squeezed in the front. Driving was ok, not unsafe. It does amuse me that there is a lot of lane swapping just to get 2 cars ahead. Van was clean, driver very polite and helpful.

We got the limousine bus (9 seater) from HCMC to Tay Ninh and back again two days later and had a great experience with this company both times. The bus was clean and new, had working WiFi, charging ports and plenty of space - good AC as well. The staff don’t speak much English which is fine obviously but just pay attention and keep asking which bus is yours. Everything was pretty punctual for the most part, both journeys took about 3 hours. They also give you water and a snack before the journey - overall would recommend Thao Kim Ngan for travelling this route !

Excellent service. Car just needs freshener since it smells like smoke, but otherwise, the driver was very professional and accomodating when we asked him to collect us from Tay Ninh earlier than what was booked.
