Departure time was 25 minutes after and at the bus station (not lake) but we were informed more than 6 hours before so it was not a problem. It took almost three hours because of the traffic. It was the exact same limousine from the pictures with massage chairs and snacks. Big recommendation

Our trip from Trang An to Hanoi was great. Pick up was very late With our arrival put back by an hour or more we asked if we could be dropped off at our hotel and was told yes, but we needed to pay extra. We paid to try and save a dinner reservation, but failed. We were far to late.

We have changed three times of transport means. Two different bus and at the end a car. As we arrived late to HANOÏ, the traffic was important. But I don't understand why the driver of the car (last transport mean) never reached the final destination Central Circus. He stopped his car at around 400-500 meters from Central Circus and explained us that we were arrived.
