Absolutely rammed into a minibus with bags on between everyone’s legs and on top of everyone. Minimal aircon so everyone was sweating the whole journey. The driver was very nice and helpful though and we left and got there on time!

We were welcomed in Surrathani at the Phantip station by several nice ladies and coordinated further. 'Where do you want to travel on to?' Everything is arranged and structured. When a bus is ready to leave, there is an appropriate announcement. Everything worked out wonderfully and we were in Khao Sok over time. The descriptions on the ticket were perfect and sufficient to find everything. Very good service and highly recommended.

Wenn ein Bus abfahrbeteit ist, gibt es eine entsprechende Durchsage. Alles hat wunderbar geklappt und wir waren überpünktlich in Khao Sok. Die Beschreibungen auf dem Ticket waren perfekt und ausreichend um alles zu finden. Sehr guter Service und wärmstens zu empfehlen.

Offices to catch bus easy to find staff helpful and toilet availabke Bus 25 minutes late but made up time as drove very fast in the rain.shame doesn't drop on main street in khao sok to save you being surrounded by people trying to get you into taxis but can walk to most accomidation within 20 minutes

The service at the office was very nice. The problem was when we were about to arrive at the destination. The driver stopped about 6km before the actual stop and told us that that was the final stop, but that for 50 baht per person he could take us to our hotel. After checking were we actually were and arguing with him that he had to take us to the van stop he finally did. He basically tried to scam us. Be very careful with the drivers if you take these service and make sure they take you to the right location.
