The seats was very uncomfortable, the temperature in the bus was more warm the cold and there was people sitting at our place when embarking in the bus and no more other place to sit. We had to ask the ticket guy to help us and it took a little time to find a solution.

The journey was punctual and included snacks, a bottle of water, and lunch. The only downside was the lack of legroom at my particular seat. I would advise against booking a seat in the front section.

Every thing was OK. Except : Seat Belt 2B broken it did not work. The staff was notify and do nothing. The seats 2a and 2b with the leather worn out and cut. Another surprise was that the driver assistant picked up some garbage from the bus, the driver opened the door in order for her to throw the trash out the door into the bushes. Also the Driver used the bus horn constantly, no very used in Thailand ( I am ok?). I hope you send this info to the operator.

Slow bus. Not direct. Nice scenery though. Wasn't aware of the limited leg room in the front seat behind driver. A bit too cramped for 6 hr trip. The two rest stops were appreciated, as was the 20tbh food voucher.
