We were picked up by the hotel, but only because the reception had arranged this afterwards. On a luxury VIP bus trip, I also expect to be taken to the hotel and not dumped in a back lot like a package without a word. Especially since we paid more than double per person. The price for the trip was displayed on the bus, which the other guests paid: 250,000 VND per person – a joke... the worst bus trip ever in Vietnam!!!

I do not recommend this company. They are changing the departure times and types of transport based on its needs and occupancy. So you cannot count with the booked time.
