The ticket said 15:00, so you don’t need to rush since they don’t leave until 15:30. In the end, we got to the bus station past Pattaya and just stood there for about 2.5 hours, doing nothing. If this is an express bus, then why force people to sit around for an extra 2.5 hours on a 17-hour trip? What kind of nonsense is this? (whole travel time was 21 hour) Then another bus arrived, where the seats for VIP spots were welded incorrectly, leaving no legroom — it was extremely uncomfortable. By the end of this trip, I caught a cold from their AC and wasted almost a week of my vacation. Don’t cheap out on a plane ticket—even if you’re afraid of flying, it’s better to tough it out than to take this bus.
