James KThe bus was 18 passenger not 10, but the big issue was there was no leg room and if someone reclined their seat is was worse. We sat in the very back row which was even worse as we could not recline and the back left seat had less leg room than any other seat. The bus was late, to the point that I tried calling the hotline (35 Group) and no one picked up. We ended up pulling off the highway and picking up two passengers at Koh Samet 35 Group office or some spot. When we got to the Koh Chang pier we waited over an hour to get on the ferry and the bus driver it was difficult to communicate with. Bottom line we were over three hours late getting to the hotel from the web/PDF voucher time for arrival. I could see an hour, but over three hours. Anyway, would never use the 35 Group service again.

Axel SGreat ride in a nice bus with AC - which is definitely necessary.
The driver took us directly to the hotel and was very friendly and helping while waiting at then ferry.

Jayne LThe car journey was good & I was collected on time. However I paid premium price for this journey & believed I would be taken on the ferry in the car and dropped off at the Koh Chang side pier. This was not the case. The taxi driver boss wanted a further 700 baht. I wasn't expecting to be a foot passenger & genuinely believed I had paid for the full journey. Very disappointed

Adrian KPattaya - Koh Chang. Good trip. Van was slightly late. But unlike most other operators communication was really good and exactly at the time of scheduled departure I received a message about the delay (10 mins) and plate numbers (very useful!).
Instead of coming to pick up point in front of the building, driver parked next to it behind other vans and buses bit again communication was good because I received a call from the office and we managed to establish where he was (driver didn't speak English). After that it was smooth. No problems. Driver using translator app to let us know about the stops etc.
