Seamless. The pdf showed a desk but the staff didn’t belong to the desk. Luckily pdf told me the operator name so was easily pointed in direction of Tigerline. They loaded our luggage, gave us stickers to identify our stop to driver and headed off across the water. Comfy seats

Prompt, efficient, comfortable. I was worried as I get very seasick, but needn't have been. I took a seasick pill before we left and picked an aisle seat so I could sit sideways and look at the horizon behind us (you can't see sideways or forward). I felt great. It seemed very safe and well run.
