Good point: - the bus departed on Time and we arrived 1h30 in advance - we had a message to confirm from the operator before the departure - there was a snack and a bottle of water Bad points: - the staff was not very helpful - we had to sleep with our lugage in the cabin because there was no space anymore in the holds so Half of the Space was taken - we had to pay extra money by cash at check-in - the staff opens the certains in the morning quite roughly

They changed our departure without notice. Different company then. The bus left 1h30 later than expected. Not that late at the arrival tho. Wrong address on the 12Go PDF ticket so we had to take 3 different taxi to find the departure point and almost missed the bus.

Really spacious clean bus, beds were very flat, pillows and blankets provided. Bus was on time and got in about an hour early. One of the better night buses by far. Just quite pricey

Comfortable seats and was on time for pick up but the arrival time was supposed to be 0721 and was more like 0430 meaning I had to book an extra night in a hostel. Also the music was really loud for the first few hours of the journey, making for an uncomfortable start.
