The service provided was excellent, from being meet with the lady with an umbrella to direct us into the airconditioned room, then on to the bus. The staff were very pleasant and strict on board the bus if there were any passengers making noise. The bus was basic compared to other lines we have used, no USB points, smaller, no privacy curtains. When we retrieved our suit cases at the end of the trip, they were filthy and slightly damaged from being in the under storage area.

The trip was very pleasant, a professional team who accompanied us to our destination which was not the one we had chosen on the ticket, so thank you very much for bringing us together otherwise we would have had a long journey to get there it was very good. We were also transferred to an earlier Bus and arrived at 3:30 in the morning instead of 8:00. I would not reccomend this Bus as a overnighter!

We were supposed to arrive to Da nang at 6, but they transfer us to earlier bus and we finally arrived at 4 am. The bus was OK though.

Well, we were first of all told pickup at a certain point. Given a picture of a map where to be. Even goddamn GPS coordinates. And yet the bus was actually picking up from a different spot. Had to walk 20 minutes with all our luggage as a result. Driver wouldn’t take the 4 minute spin to come for us down a main road. Our luggage got covered in fish and food and muck and disgusting smelly liquid in the under store. Seat and journey was pretty comfortable but a poor experience overall.
