We were so lucky to get an extra cautious and competent driver who showed respect towards his fellow road users and who cared about the safety of his passengers. Daiichi can be super proud of this valuable employee of theirs. Hieu my man you are incredible thanks for taking care of us. And then we had Chung, the guide who was super friendly and informative. He welcomed us all and expressed his gratitude in having us on board. He took very good care of us all the way from Halong to Hanoi. He explained so nicely where and when the bus was going to stop and he so nicely communicated with us beforehand so that we had the comfort to know that we are in good hands. Chung my guy you are one in a million!

Daniel TMr Hau is a very poor driver. We were very frightened during the journey, and it was an extremely uncomfortable experience. He put us in unnecessary danger several times by braking at the last moment and by taking his attention off the road while reading or replying to messages on his phone.
His driving was also very uncomfortable, as he constantly accelerated and then released the accelerator. He is the first driver we have had during our 15 days in Vietnam who made us feel unsafe.

Maitn24@yahoo.com They ran in a lil late for pickup due to traffic jam. The Ha Lan limousine was so comfortable. They have leather seats with messages and great AC. They give you a free water bottle and wet wipe per seat. It was a comfortable ride. They do one stop for bathroom breaks too. I highly recommend it.

Margaret The only reason this has 2 stars instead of 1 is that our ride from Hanoi to Ha Long was so good. The first ride was in one of the vans pictured with plenty of space for people and bags and the driver was safe.
However. The ride from Ha Long to Hanoi was completely different. The communication was confusing and almost rude. We selected a 12pm departure and were told the time had moved up to 11:30 so we arrived accordingly. The driver left at around 12:15. We were in a cramped SUV and the driver was overly aggressive and unskilled. We were stressed out for two hours. I won't be booking with this company again.

Mark Great communication, amazing van with very comfortable and spacious seating. Our driver got us to Halong Bay in good time, while taking lots of care and being safe! We even had a pit stop for food and a bathroom break. Would highly recommend.
