Phuket to Koh Lanta Destination Reviews

CC
Fantastic service hotel pick up straight to the pier & onto the boat very organised

Excellent transfer. Phi phi boat was great with many chairs outside on the deck and at the back of the boat. Transfer to the Ko Lanta boat was busy but well managed by the boat crew. We were channelled through the crowds at Phi Phi dock to the next boat. All seats were taken upstairs so we had to go down under - windows were a little dirty so not easy to see through but there was opportunity to sit on very front of boat with legs dangling over the edge for the journey so this is what we did. Very easy and pleasant transfer.

We were 20 minutes late for the last boat, but bundhaya managed to organize that we got a ride with a few different boats, and we made it to Koh Lanta (1h after original schedule)! We're very grateful!

First ship was 1 hour late. We had to change ships at phi phi which worked quite good. Second ship was very crowded and old.

Booked 1.30 to 4.30pm with Sea Pearl as it was quicker than Phi Phi cruiser option but more expensive. However, I was put on the Phi Phi Cruiser which then left 45 minutes late and required ferry change at Phi Phi. I did not arrive until 6pm.

Very well organized and super convenient for tourists. I booked the ferry, and on the ferry I could directly arrange the transfer for my onward journey to the hotel. Everything worked smoothly. I even lost something on the way from the ferry to the hotel, but it was found and returned to me quickly. Short email contact — all perfect. Highly recommended!
