We waited longer than the 45 minutes specified in the contract; we contacted the number provided on the voucher, but the driver still failed to show up. At 00:11, two men arrived and made us wait even longer. The driver finally arrived at 00:23. ​In addition to the delay, the service was extremely poor: we were not notified by anyone regarding the delay, and no information was provided concerning the license plate number or the driver's identity.

We waited 1,25h for joining and came also 1.25h later on our destination. In the car, it was so hot. The ac is working, but not as much as it should. And also the driver pauses twice in a 1.5h travel.

The van was late an hour, we were left with no information whatsoever. On the voucher meeting point says it is Bus Terminal 1, the coordinates say something else. It was confusing and most people went for Bus Terminal.

The stated travel time was 3 hours, but it took over 5 hours. I paid for a transfer from Kata Beach and Karon Beach rather than via Patong, but the driver still went to Patong and other places, which cost us over an hour and a half.

This was my first booking with 12GoAsia and everything was perfect. Super nice driver who made a stop half of the way for a short toilet and coffee break. He made an excellence choice for that stop. In total we did get more comfort than expected.
