The bus itself was great but the concierge was a nightmare, rude and indifferent. In Phuket it stopped about 12 times to let passengers on... yet it stated only alighting at Phuket terminal 2! It is an over-night bus, yet they kept turning the overhead lights on. Arriving into Hat Yai, same thing, stopping to let individuals off at random places.. All felt a bit unsafe, especially my luggage in the hold that was not labeled and therefor any one could just take off. For sure it is a very cheap option, but I will not be taking this option again.
