Very crowded and air conditioning was freezing cold. Overall is wasn’t so bad, just a long ride on a slow train.

We got se8 train from tuy Hoa to danang, 6 beds 2nd level. You cannot sit up straight, the bed is only for sleeping\lying down, not too bad as you can get up and stand in front of your room watch outside. You can store your luggage under bottom bed, or on your bed. They wake you up an hour before arrival which is nice put just set alarm in case. Overall I would say 4\5 Main negative = THEY DO NOT CLEAN OR GIVE FRESH PILLOWS AND BLANKETS!!! They literally just shake it off, fold it and put it back nicely folded like new for the next person! DISGUSTING! Especially that you pay not cheap for the beds! I would never get beds again after what I saw, will try to sit for 10 hours on seats next time... Or not use their pillows or bed covers, disgusting how hard to just put it in laundry basket and put new sheets and pillows...

We had an Pick up place at first - then we received a text that the bus was 1,5 hours late, and the Pick up point was changed. We went to the Pick up place, found out it wasnt right, and texted someone which gave us a New Pick up point like 10 minutes away. Luckily the one texting us was very helpful and we found the bus. But it was a very stressful morning

We bought 2 beds, selected number 1 and 2, which were the beds below. Ended up in the upper beds… not what we wanted, not logical and not what we thought. Also, there were seats available but when we clicked them, were not available anymore.. needed several times to but the tickets. All in all, not very easy and comfy booking.
