This is a must do trip for those who want to be up front and close to the critically endangered asian elephants. The forest is beautiful and the guides clearly passionate about what they are doing. Visiting will help raise awareness of the need to preserve their landscape (& stop deforestation) before it is too late and we lose these majestic creatures.

Arrived 1.5 hour late due to mechanical issues with the vehicle. Stopped multiple times, waited 45 minutes at a mechanic to fix the van's air conditioning. Eventually replaced by a different vehicle when we stopped for dinner.

I’m a 24 year old female traveller from Canada and I absolutely loved my experience on this bus! Supposedly, there would technically be two people per bed on the bus if it was fully booked so you may be sharing a bed with a stranger if you’re travelling solo. Luckily for me the bus wasn’t fully booked so I had the bed to myself. The bus being overnight meant I had enough time to sleep and be well rested the next day which was great. My belongings were safe, driver arrived about 20 minutes early in Mondulkiri and made enough stops to use the bathroom - keep in mind there is no bathroom on the bus!

No Wi-Fi nor outlets, it’s a van that stops from place to place all the way through your destination. Nice staff and the van departed on time.

Bus was punctual and clean, but the bus driver was very loud. We had our beds in the first row, which was a very bad decision, because the driver continuously talked very loudly on the phone or with the people sitting at front. Moreover, the bus stopped very often even though it was the night bus. Would definitely recommend booking beds further in the back.
