I booked a bus for 11:30 AM. I was there an hour prior to make sure I was on time. The clock hits 11:30, no bus. 12:00, no bus. 12:15, no bus. At 12:30 A bus arrives, which turned out to be the next one from 01:00 PM. So NOT the bus I booked. The guy from the busstation was also incredibely rude and ignored me when I asked him questions about the bus. He should’ve been honest.

The van was over an hour late, the ac was not good so everyone was drenched in sweat for the few hours on the bus, and it takes an extra 2 hours longer than it says it will (even if we had left on time). The only positive was that it got me to my destination.

Bus was overbooked, not enough rooms for the amount of bags and people on a small mini bus. Made the bus uncomfortable and the aircon wasn’t great which added to this. We were dropped off at the wrong place and when we tried to speak to the driver to explain we thought it was the wrong place he wouldn’t speak with me or even acknowledge I was trying to speak with him. I am obviously aware there is a language barrier which is why I got up a translation app on my phone to help us communicate but he still wouldn’t listen. We were the given the wrong ferry tickets and the people in the ticket office ended up coming to the port to look for us to explain that we had been dropped off at the wrong office and given the wrong ticket.

I was terrified when I read the reviews, but I had to take this transfer because it was the only one that suited my departure time. If I had another option, after reading the reviews, I definitely wouldn't have used this company... and... I would have made a mistake, because everything was great. Very comfortable seats, good air conditioning, and the driver drove safely. I saw in the comments that people were complaining about him picking up other passengers along the way – really? What did you expect, a taxi that would only take you for a few bucks straight to your destination? Next time, take a taxi. You're on vacation, loosen up your roller skates a bit, because I see a lot of tension over nothing here.

The bus was pretty uncomfortable and the AC didn’t really work. Also the arrival time said 13:30 but we didn’t actually get there until close to 4 (incl. an hour wait for a ferry)

Buying the tickets went good. When I read the voucher I even saw that there was a return ticket included for the ferry. Unfortunately after contacting them about it I was told this is a mistake and I only get a oneway ticket. They wouldn’t compensate me in any way.

Everything was on time and well organized. The ferry departed at 3:15 PM, so the arrival time was an hour late. This meant that the total journey from Phnom Penh to Koh Rong took five hours. We stopped once for five minutes, but that was sufficient. The ferry attendant was very unfriendly, and his English was very poor; it was difficult to understand him.

Two stars are for at very least, getting us to our destination. However no communication from the company resulted in a stressful and uncomfortable ride, with multiple and extended stops meaning an extra 1.5 hrs to the journey.
