The staff was very friendly and kind and the bus was super comfortable. I just don't like the long lunch break (30 min) wich was unnecessary and lead to even more delay. We arrived 2 hours later than planned.

perfect bus, nice hostess, one stop to many at the border but everything was fine. I suggest that in Vietnam you can serve better the money exchange and the phone SIM cards.

I have taken this trip on multiple occasions. I'm about to give some advice to some of you if you need to catch a flight. Usually Giant Ibis is great. I choose them over every other option on almost every other occasion. The only factor is typically the time of day I need to leave Saigon or Phnom Penh. On this occasion I was going from PP to HCMC. The guide takes everyone's passports while we eat lunch. Standard. When we left lunch and got on the bus to get through Vietnamese customs, I was first one called. No problem. Took two minutes, as usual. We then waited FORTY minutes for someone or something. The guide wouldn't explain. I had a flight to catch in HCMC. The guide said "we can drop you off at the airport". Except they don't. They drop you off 3.5 km away on a busy road that's multiple lanes without a functional sidewalk, in the heat, don't give you accurate directions, and make you walk. Needless to say I missed my flight. By ten minutes. Drenched in sweat. They COULD be driven me closer. Cost me 3 million dong due a new flight. I week reconsider the next time.

I have never been so afraid to ride anywhere The overtaking manoeuvres, the speed, the noise of the other passengers, which the driver did nothing about – basically not a good experience.

Hi this is my first time using bus for crossing border, overall the service good and operator very helpful. Keep in mind, please bring many snacks as the bus only stop 1 time only for pee and eat at check point and 1 stop at border for passport checks. During our journey was smooth, the operator is helpful, he asked for our passport and he help to get stamps :) Im so grateful for that day.
