Bus departured late, no Information was available at the bus terminal, no customer service available, and poor support from 12go. I had the feeling that 12go responsibility ends with sending the pdf voucher. Not sure whether I will use this platform again.

The Busdrive itself was decent, just the starting point was changed without letting us know. We had to get to a completely different side of Penang to start the Bus, which made the ride quite uncomfortable from the beginning on.

The bus terminal was changed at short notice. Instead of walking, we had to pay for a taxi. When we arrived at the bus terminal, we were directed to the bus. So we got on. Then we were told, no, this is the wrong bus. You have to depart from another terminal—or that our bus would come later. We explained that the terminal had been changed, but the departure time had not. At that point, we were kicked off the bus. They told us we had to take a different one. So we were left standing on the street. After a long and exhausting discussion, they finally let us back on the bus—but only because we really didn’t back down. The staff were very unfriendly.
