Penang New Asian Travel to TBS Kuala Lumpur Destination Reviews

IS
Got a ticket from Kuala Lumpur to Singapore center but driver left after Singapore passport control without waiting us. None of the passengers made it to bus, even though we spent max 10 minutes at the border. So we waited there more than 45 minutes and ended up paying another bus to get us to singapore center. Also contacted to 12togo, they said they need an evidence showing that we got another bus ticket, I provided necessary documentation and they have been replied today drivers can leave if it is over 30 minutes so they can not issue a refund. It was max 10 minutes and none of the passengers could get the to bus. I didnt even ask for a refund, I contacted them to solve this scamming issue with the bus company but Im getting nonsense answers. Also the driver was extremely rude and making really weird noises while driving and talkimg to himself very loudy all yhe way long. Bus itself was very comfortable though.

This service starts in Georgetown by the Komtar but the actual bus leaves from a main bus terminal and requires a transfer ride, provided by Billion Stars. Arrived to the terminal near Georgetown, Penang and the gentleman there didn't seem to know which transfer vehicle we should be loading into despite our main bus being scheduled to leave within 30 minutes. I advocated to get in the one that had just arrived because many people seemed to have been waiting a long time at the bus station for a transfer. I arrived at the main bus terminal about 15 minutes later and was able to figure out where to go based on the feedback from other passengers who were piecing things together after asking multiple staff for help. Overall, there is not a lot of signage at the main terminal to help navigate where to go. My main bus left at 1:30 when my ticket said it was booked for 1:00. The bus was very comfortable but the journey was extremely long due to traffic with the King's birthday holiday. Something I didn't know about going into it. Overall, comfortable, but very long journey and not a lot of direction provided by Billion Stars staff.

The bus itself was very nice! But it was a lot of waiting and we came to Kuala Lumpur 3 hours later then what the webside said we were going to... So we ended up with not getting any food because all of the restaurants were closed.

Bus was comfortable and there was a bathroom break. However the lady working in the office was very rude and did not want to answer basic questions. Bus was late 1h (weather was good, no traffic jam), I suggest updating the arrival times so they are more accurate.
