Was fine - I expected a long drive but would have stop every 2-2.5hrs to stretch legs for 5-10 min. Smoke cigarette. Back got sore and my tailbone was numb. Aside from that it was fine.

If I had known the real conditions of this journey, I would never have booked it. The ticket only mentioned departure time and “ferry”, giving the impression of a relatively straightforward overnight crossing. In reality, the trip involved three bus changes, extremely long hours, freezing air conditioning throughout the night, rough handling of luggage, long waiting times, and very poor communication. None of this was clearly explained at the time of booking. This lack of transparency prevents travelers from making an informed decision. Many passengers were coughing and feeling unwell during the trip, I personally got sick because of the conditions. I understand now there is no direct ferry, but that is not the issue. The issue is that the full itinerary, number of transfers, travel conditions, and physical impact of the journey are not clearly disclosed in advance. This experience seriously affected the start of my holidays. I strongly believe this service needs much better and more honest communication.
