Karsten We booked a bus for 10 passengers and started out in a bus without air conditioning. After 1.5 hours, we had to switch from the shuttle to another bus. Even though there were over 20 passengers on the shuttle, at least we had air conditioning. If we had known this beforehand, we would have booked the bus, which would have been cheaper. What a shame.

Evan Website stated it would be roughly 7-8 hour journey… it ended up taking 11 hours after the bus broke down and many stops along the way which was nice but too frequent.
Bus was crammed but AC was nice to have.

Niina JOtherwise good but it took far too long, 7 h 45 min from door to door. I was the first one to be picked up and it took almost 1,5 hours until everyone was onboard.

Kyle Never used 12Go before, but I’m very impressed. They were on time, right on the dot for the pickup and drop-off.
Pretty straightforward: get picked up, swap to a bigger bus, more comfortable than what I thought was going to be a van ride, included boat ferry and hotel drop-off.
