Everything was really smooth from hotel pick to Padang bay driver was a gentlemen (RIJAN) . There was a slight delay for the ferry but the journey was good . Overall it was great experience with MAGIR TRANS BALI .

Our driver Ajud was amazing, well coordinated & was on time. The ferry was a bit late but that’s due to weather conditions & it is okay. I booked the same operator again while returning from Gili T to Bali & Ajud was assigned as the driver to drop to my hotel in Legian. Ajud was punctual & informed of his location as well & dropped me on time.

Boat was on time, staff were friendly, comfortable journey, my only downside was the tax price displayed on 12GO was a different price than what we were told at the office and when asked why, just told ‘’you need to get in contact with your agency and get them to the change the price, it’s not our fault’’ I didn’t think this was really a valid answer as they are displaying their services on this website so they should be the ones to make sure the information displayed is correct not me the customer… apart from that it was a good experience overall
