The journey was smooth and comfortable. They played Mr Bean in the cabin and gave us snacks and water. The staff came round asking if everyone was ok. We were a bit delayed due to bad weather, but this affected all boats. They communicated updates via WhatsApp the day before. Great service :)

The weather was good, and the trip was fine. However, the travel time predicted by 12go is completely incorrect. It takes 2.5 hours if everything goes well. They almost always miss the scheduled departure time. Otherwise, the boat was fine, and the trip went well.

I was trying to find a contact number email for transport company to confirm pick up etc but none was available . I was not picked up from my hotel as requested and confirmed , I was told on the morning of the pick I had to get to my own way to another location 45 minutes away from my hotel then also turned up over 1/2 hour late to new pickup spot . The bus that picked us up had no ac pretty uncomfortable ride . The trip took overall 2 hours longer due to traffic , I know it not the drivers fault. It would have been nice to know to better Repair Communication was poor from bus transport company.

I find it a bit pricey. They informed me the boat was scheduled an hour early which ruined by earlier day plans. It was fine because this was part of the disclaimer in the fine print. However, I was no longer able to use the included land pick up. It was a good thing the ferry was late because I was late in arriving at the harbor. Glad they were flexible that instead of taking the ship from Sanur, I took it from Padangbai. So it all worked out well.
