Elisa RChecking in wasn’t possible as they said they can‘t find our booking on their list. They said it’s our fault because we booked online and they don’t work with that ticket seller although it wasn’t a problem with other customers. They didn’t want to take us to Padang Bai because the boat was completely overbooked. We discussed for at least half an hour as they wanted to just put us on the afternoon ferry. After almost an hour, they suddenly found us on the system, so we were able to go to Padang Bai, but we had to sit outside on the deck and weren’t allowed to go inside. It was an overall bad experience!

Mie HTerrible experience. We were told that our boat was overbooked and that the operator (12Go) had not gotten our name on the list, and therefore we couldn’t get on the boat!!!! It took an hour for them to finally let us on. Absolutely not okay that you overbook the the boats just to get more money. It was only lucky that we ended up getting on. 12go customer service was not helpful at all, we were just told that they had send us a ticket and they wished us a good trip. The problem was not that we didn’t have the ticket but that the boat was already fully booked when we bought them! The people from Wahana seemed careless as well. Not okay!

Johanie BI booked for 11am and when we check in, they changed the time on our ticket to 11h30. They made an unscheduled stop to Lombok...after the planned stop to Gili Air, it was adding up. Arriving in Padang Bai, we got stuck on the boat for an extra hour because of boat traffic. Not their fault, BUT, they never communicated with us while we were waiting...lots of people were getting frustrated. It's normal to have delays, but communication is needed and shows respect. We were disappointed with this company. Boat was fine tho.

Stephen PPresentable boat and much better than some of the other vessels we saw. It is a long crossing and uncomfortable but so is sitting down anywhere for 3 hours. The timetable was spot on as we left at 9am and arrived just before 12am. A tip for these crossings is always get the earliest boats. Piers not crowded to bursting point and the chaos non existent.
