Here is the Complaint Letter i still today waiting for any Response ... At the Pier No one knows this Operator Bali Magir Trans (No Show Up) the Electronic Ticket / Voucher was worthless / was Not accepted and we had. to buy another fairy Ticket at the Nusa Penida Pier to Sanur. We tried to contact the Operator but he denied any answer , probably was not interested to give any explanation. Dear 12GoAsia Support Team, I am writing to formally request a partial refund for my booking with 12GoAsia, as the service was not provided. **Booking details:** * Booking ID: ABE02454 * Operator: Bali Magir Trans * Route: Nusa Penida Pier → Kuta Hotel Transfer * Date & Time: 23 December 2025, 16:00 * Passengers: 2 adults On **23 December 2025**, we arrived at **Nusa Penida Pier at approximately 15:00**, well in advance of the scheduled departure time. We were present exactly at the **boarding coordinates provided on the ticket (-8.67693, 115.4882)**. Unfortunately, no one at the port was aware of the operator **Bali Magir Trans**. We searched multiple locations around the pier and asked several port staff and nearby boat operators, but no one could identify or locate this operator, nor did anyone accept our ticket. As time passed and no representative appeared, it became clear that the service would not operate. As we had no alternative and needed to continue our journey, we were forced to purchase new ferry tickets with Semabu Hills Fast Boat. These replacement tickets cost **IDR 150,000 per person (IDR 300,000 in total)**. This additional expense was incurred solely due to the failure of the original service. Because the booked service was not available, not identifiable, and not delivered, we kindly request a refund of 300,000 IDR for the booking of the new ferry tickets.
