Arrived early, as id booked for 5.30 to give myself time to get my bags, but got txts when I landed saying he was there. So set off early. Only me and 2 others so plenty of room. Water provided. Massage reclining seats ..changed to a car to take me to my hotel. Very smooth stress free journey all in all

The dispatcher was very nice but we have to wait for our ride and and then we had to change three times , from the airport they took us with a car to Hanoi and then we waited again for the shuttle until it arrived and took us to ninh Benh and they had to change again to an old shuttle that's took us to Tam coc. They should say it maybe people doesn't want to transfer twice and wait half hour and the office in Hanoi I prefer to pay a little more and take a taxi straight but I didn't know

They dropped us off at a completely stiffener spot than what we had booked. Even when I pointed it out and they saw the google coordinates they had sent me they just said it was wrong.

It is 90% consistent with the experience of other reviewers. I changed cars several times. The car was hotter than I thought, and maybe the road was in bad condition, the car didn't slow down, so it rattled in even the smallest bumps. But I was satisfied on average. Nevertheless, it arrived on time. The time to change cars was brief, the car was warm, and I felt the driver's skill to match the arrival time. Well, we've reached our destination. Enjoy

I was in Vietnam Feb to March I used Bookaway for return Hanoi airport to Tam coc. I got to airport Bookaway sent an email Saying booking cancelled refund in 7 to 10 days. Went to 12Go booked and confirmed within a few minutes. Various times to collect and pick up They were great communication all the time until collected at the airport
