Finding a taxi to get there after landing was very difficult, and no taxi driver wanted to take us. Then, a police officer who saw us on the road helped us and ensured our car reached the correct point.

It was a very smooth experience. Soon after I booked the car, I received a text confirming the details of my flight in, and soon after that, the name of the driver and details of the car were confirmed. The driver picked us up from the airport and drove us to our hotel in Ha Long Bay, stopping once for food on the way.

For the most part it was a great experience however it may be some tranlation error as i was told an hour before departure the driver was looking for me but he first showed up 20 minutes before the ride was set to go that being said he was friendly and everything else was great but i do think ther is room for improvement in the structure of how to meet and everything becouse i did think something went wrong my only suggestion for anyone using 12go be ther on time and just keep an eye on the email for instructions but keep calm enjoy a snack while waiting near the arranged area
