We were told the wrong place/ time of the pick up and nearly missed the bus. (A scootertransfer was organised, what helped a lot) On the trip there were stops for unloading goods, which took a lot of time bit only one toilet stop for the passengers.

Once we got going it was chill but I think we stopped every 20 minutes for the first 3 hours.

We got a night before a message from the operator, where to go. I asked if it’s the place, which is indicated on the pdf voucher. The operator said yes. On the morning of the departure it turned out, it was another place, to far away to make it on time. The operator was answering promptly, which was good, but wasn’t helpful and confusing. In the end we made it because the bus was driving in our direction anyway. Super stressful and unnecessary. When we got on the bus we noticed, it was only a semi sleeper, we had purchased a sleeper. The service on the bus wanted to charge us and it took a phone call to make it clear, that we already had payed, which I guess was way more than the others on the bus who bought tickets directly. The blankets were smelling badly. We made it with only 30 minutes delay which I think is good and totally acceptable.

Not a good experience. The bus also functions as a FedEx and made a lot of stops to collect and deliver packages. Therefore we arrived 75 minutes later than promised. Also the sit pillow and blanket provided were dirty.

We booked this bus especially to have real sleepers, instead we got a bus with semi-sleepers, we have been put at the back of the bus, very inconfortable, impossible to sleep. The bus stopped many times and let the light on, no sandales offered to go out of the bus at the stop-over as in the other buses, we do NOT recommend this company.

The departure from Mu Cang Chai was 1 hour late and the arrival to Hanoi 3,5 hours late. However the bus stopped many times to drop or pick up a package or for other reason. The bus looked a lot worse than the photos.
