The operator was very rude. The bus left 1 hour later than what was scheduled, so I was late to my destination. And on top of all of that, they dropped me off in a different location than stated on the itinerary. The location of the destination was the reason why I had book with them in the first place, so I am very disappointed and unhappy. I will not be using them again.

Because of the ridiculous way the trip was ticketed, I missed the Hua Hin stop until it was too late to get off. I had to wait 3.5 hours to get a train back and pay another 192 bhat. I missed my hotel reservation and had to pay 984 bhat for another hotel.

Absolute best way to travel! Fast , clean, very affordable . Mini bus is limited to 8-10 people. Air conditioning is excellent, bus condition was immaculate, driver was very kind and helpful. Bring your neck travel pillow, the seats very comfortable except the very top. For some reason your head seems to go back a little to far to be comfortable for a long period of time.

The price advertised was alot cheaper until I started to fill in my name then it rose a fair bit more, 5 times in a row I tried & each time the same result offered me a fare & then at step 2 when started filling in details it rose, not only that I find out at train station it was heaps cheaper than your prices 😡
