I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my return trip from Mahkota Medical Centre to Golden Mile Complex on August 11th. While my initial trip on August 9th from Jalan Besar to Mahkota was satisfactory, the return journey was entirely unacceptable for the following reasons:
1. Seating Issues: I pre-booked specific seats for the journey back to Singapore. Due to a traffic delay, we were informed upon the bus's arrival that we could not occupy our designated seats immediately because other passengers needed to be dropped off at a different location first.
2. Unhygienic Conditions: When we were finally able to access our booked seats, we discovered numerous cockroaches surrounding the area. One cockroach even crawled onto my brother’s arm. The seats were dusty, unkempt, and the entire vehicle was appallingly dirty. I have attached photos and videos for your reference.
3. Poor Customer Service: When we brought this distressing situation to the driver's attention, his only response was telling us to adjust and comply because there was nothing he could do. Consequently, we had to endure a journey of over four hours in these unhygienic conditions.
Given these circumstances, I request a full refund for this return trip as compensation for the extreme discomfort and sub-standard service.

Micipsa ANever taking this company again. I don't mind long bus trips but be honest about the time.
We were supposed to leave a 2:30pm but we left at 3:30pm
But the worst is we were supposed to arrive at 6:44 but we arrived at midnight. What was supposed to be a 4h15 hour trip became a 8h trip(9h if we count the tardiness)

Kiss JI ride was great until the border to Singapore. There were some technical problems and it took some time getting though the Border - and the Bus left. We had to wait another45 minutes before we could get to the center of Singapore

Rosa MComfortable trip, seats are large and very comfy. Bus had AC but no internet WiFi. Made a few stops for the toilet. Driver was friendly but did not speak much English.
On the way to Singapore from Malaysia bus stopped first for passport checks and a second time where I had to carry my luggage but the driver did not announce anything.
Overall it was pleasant journey and the bus arrived on time.

Dini TFirst it is pricey than the average, second the bus come late, third, when we arrived at the Malaysia custom, the bus driver just left us like that. So we have to wait another loong time to the next bus to pick up us to singapre. Very bad service, I would not recommend this to anyone

Adrian GDepature on time. A little more communication of the bus driver at the border checkpoints would be helpful, as there are multiple platforms to board back onto the bus.
