Our second Journey (Mai Chau to Hanoi) with APT Travel was better. This time the driver drove slower, as a small child already got motion sickness in the beginning of the journey. The driver was also on time and we were only 15 min delayed. The van could be still in a better condition, the seats could be more comfy.

They told me to be ready at 12:30, but the Van came at 12. Because I wasnt ready, he left again and came back at 12:40. If I would have known that he would come earlier, I would have been prepared :/ Also we waited for about 40min at a bus stop, because a person was late (took a taxi to get to the van). So we arrived later in Hanoi. Other than that it was ok.

At one point we had to change from the bus to another car. Which was a 7 seater, but we had to sit with 8, so wasn’t the most comfortable. Overall service was fine

We had to wait half an hour before the expected arrival. When we arrived to Hanoi, we waited half hour until another car picked us up to drive us to oir location.

Very bumpy roads and the driver didn’t care to slow down for any bumps while our seats were shaking uncontrollably . No communication from driver at all during breaks, where we stopped at a gas station where there was no food and dirty toilets.

The drive itself was okay, but there was several factors which influenced my rating: 1) I booked for 11am and was asked to postpone to 12am 2) The driver returned to Mai Chau after driving 30min to pick up his friend which caused additional delay. 3) We picked up another person on the way so the car was completely full. 4) I've asked the person I was in touch with if there's any compensation possible and didn't get any reply. 5) The drop off was not by the Opera but the GO! market, so you should specify that.

The service is not aggressive to contact me for check on WhatsApp. The driver this car has a big delay (1 hour), and speak louder with local passengers as he is driving, crazy bottom to over pass so many cars. Driver does not respected to his work, very amateur.
