The driver dropped us off at the entrance to Hanoi and took us to the opera house. We had to pay a grab ticket to get to the hotel. He wasn't very friendly either.

The bus was on time and the driver even searched for us on the street so we had not to walk all the way down to the Meeting Point and search the Bus what was really nice. Also the Bus was comfortable.

Helpful English speaking WhatsApp dispatcher and competent drivers. They were nice enough to pick us up from our homestay bc we coordinated in advance. Timing is a challenge coming and going from Hanoi but they did their best. Would recommend for a comfortable ride. Thanks!
