The van gets you from point A to B, but not particularly comfortably. Good for the price, but be warned that the vans are very cramped and oversold. Trip also took around 4.5 hours (which is out of everyone’s control), but something to note for scheduling.

The bus itself was fine, but don’t book the ticket with 12go. You will still have to go to the ticket counter and exchange the voucher for a real ticket. But the real tickets are a fraction of the price payed online, not worth to buy it beforehand. Also the times listed on 12go are not the real times, there isn’t really a strict timetable.

Not accurate with the service expected, different shuttle than on the picture. They wanted to cancel my trip the day before, because they didn’t have enough people. Then changed their mind. They pack the bus , you can barely move, stop every 20minutes to do who knows what. The ride took more than 5 hours . At least we had AC..!

The van was cancelled, but I got rebooked to another one on the next day and the operator made the effort to move my booking in Nong Khiaw.

Service is a bus that costs 120000 Kip directly, not a mini van. Very little room, and makes multiple stops for parcel deliveries etc. would be fine if that’s what I was paying for but I booked a mini van as per the description in the listing.
