Barton We did not arrive at our exact destination at the time indicated. The transfer from the fast boat at Penida to a small boat was too long and difficult. We were dropped off at Lembongan on the wrong side and the exit point was hazardous and unacceptable.

Jasmine Lombok side was very organised and has no issues at all.
We were travelling to nusa lembongan and When we arrived at nusa penida we were told to exit the boat and collect our bags as we needed to get a smaller boat.
Not a problem in itself but we had to go through the water to board the boat where the staff didn’t help with our big bags
We arrived almost 2 hours later than expected at the wrong port which caused a problem for our transfer to the hotel.

Our cloths in our luggage was wet with saltwater, because the not use a protection for the luggage. That was really bad.

Luke ABumpy ride but we arrived safely. Waves looked menacing and the boat was rocking from side to side for a good 30 minutes. Would have appreciated a safety talk from staff at the beginning. They seemed more interested in selling beers and pringles.

Finnbar BPeople who were sat at the back of the boat got soaked and some of the bags also. The bags which were stored on the top of the boat were sometimes thrown so make sure you don’t leave anything valuable in them. Overall though, the boat was in okay condition and we weren’t too much later than expected 😁

Lindsay LFirst, the boat apparently leaves at 1:45, (that's what the ticket says), not 1:00 like it says on the 12Go website and confirmation.
Second, the boat arrived at Yellow Bridge, not at Lembongon Pier, but fortunately my host who was picking me up figured this out, and the two places are not very far because the island is very small. Also, they don't tell you, but you have to switch from the speed boat to a tiny boat in Nusa Penida before continuing on to Nusa Lembongon. (It's only about 15 minutes.)
Third, when I asked the guy at the check in counter for Starfish what time the boat will REALLY arrive in Nusa Lembongon, (or how long the trip will actually take, or how many stops there will be before my stop), since these boats ALL take longer than they say, or stop at other places, or arrive late, etc., he got very upset and seemed shocked that I would imply that we would arrive late! Lol!
According to the 12Go site and confirmation, I was supposed to leave at 1:00 and arrive at 3:00. We left at about 2:45 and I arrived at 5:15!!!!
Finally, there was no a/c on the boat and when it got a little bit rough and they had to close most of the windows to keep the water from spraying into the boat, it got a bit warm.
P.S. Wahana Virendra doesn't do this route, but if you can use this boat company for your trip somewhere else, use it. They are FAR superior to the other boat companies.
