We couldn’t choose our seats through 12Go and received 2 beds in 2 different cabins. I don’t understand why they don’t automatically put all people together from one purchase. We are two adults with two kids and the staff on the train tried to scam us and asked 200 kVND to change cabin as the train was almost empty. I recommend to buy your tickets at the train station which is 30% cheaper and you save these type of situation. Beds are a little hard to sleep but during the day it was ok for the ride.

They wouldn’t refund me for doublebooking and they lied about the cabins. Each bed should have its own airconditioning and plug/socket but not one of them had this. So it was very warm and we couldn’t charge our items.
