No communication on pickup time from the hotel and no reply to my questions so was sat waiting for over an hour not knowing if anyone was going to turn up. Pickup was late and traffic was bad so we missed our ferry, luckily there was another running so I still made it to the destination the same day

Booked a pick up for around 7:30 o‘clock. Company confirmed pickup at 7:30 o‘clock. My alarm clock was set 6:50 o‘clock and I woke up to a message from the driver, that he is picking me up at 7:00 o‘clock. I instantly wrote him, that I may be not ready on time — with no responds from the driver at all - and hurried to get ready. He arrived around 7:40 o‘clock for the pickup than .. so I rushed everything for nothing

Ajud was our driver and was excellent!! He had clear communication with picking us up from our hostel and was on time. He made sure everyone was comfortable during the drive and got us to our destination on time. He went out of his way to assist with heavy bags and wheeled suitcases for some of his struggling customers! Very pleasant experience and some awesome music too!!
