No signposts or proper instructions before booking or on the ticket. Lady at the desk was not very pleasant, we didn’t know what was going on. We later found out that we were getting a bus to the bigger bus (driver was very friendly so that’s why I would give a star). We got to the bigger bus which bus station and had to wait around a half an hour after already setting off late on the first bus. Was over an hour late in total arriving to the destination. Appalling, one of the worst/disorganised trips I’ve took in the whole of Asia and we have been here for months. Bus also didn’t stop for a toilet break although it said on the ticket and 12Go that it would. Just FYI if you are someone that might need this, don’t drink any water before journey.
