Bus Express, Plusliner, Feb 11, 2020
we arrived more than 1 hour late and the bus seats were made for small people, not comfortable for long legs
Bus Business, Transnasional MY, Feb 1, 2020
I have travelled with 5 different bus lines in Malaysia. Transnational is the only one I have taken twice and that is largely because its performance met my expectations. My only two suggestions are: - It would be nice if the seats had a USB charging socket but beyond that I am happy with the service; and - kill the speed warning (preferably by slowing down) we know it is difficult to keep to a schedule with traffic and we won't hold you accountable for being late but the warning for exceeding the speed limit carries back more into the bus and is decidedly annoying (note: I felt the driver was driving very safely but was trying hard to meet a schedule that wasn't going to be met)
Bus Express, Plusliner, Jan 11, 2020
Comfortable and only delayed 30 mins to scheduled time
