I did not know that I bought second class seat. It was very difficult to straighten legs as the distance between me and from passenger was short so I hade knee pain in long journey. The quality of this train is low at least for second class .

The station is clean, signage are understandable and schedules flash at the screen are accurate. But the staff at one of the information booth don't know where is the area I was asking for.

Train was on time, everything went smooth so for that I'd give 5 stars... but I was riding in the third class... and the seats... well, add almost no sleep during 12 hour journey... so being honest I can only give 3

I was satisfied with the bunk bed. I did not have any back problem from the bed. It came with a blanket and a pillow. The downside was the sleeper car did not come with a shower room, but you get what you pay for.

Bumpy loud ride. A cheap flight would have been a better choice for me. I am 62 and this kind of travel would have been great 30 years ago.
