the airco from the first van was broken, but the driver dropped us off at the office in krabi, so we could switch to a new one. Besides that it was a great ride!

Seats were uncomfortable and it was warm in the van. Some chairs squeaked. Vans with soft cushions as seats were more comfortable than the van we travelled in. Also the shocks of the car weren’t great and bumps were felt

We waited for two hours after expected time at the bus terminal, they could not tell us how far away the car was, or why it was late. The car was full, so we had luggage by our feet. The driver drove over an hour the wrong way to give money to his family, and then again the wrong way for two other passengers. A trip that is supposed to take 2 hours took over 7 hours.

Ac was broken and it must have been 40 degrees at least in there, ended up stopping in a garage/mechanic for a while, many stops for no obvious reason where we couldn't get out but the driver was doing personal errands, they also overbooked so the last guy to turn up just couldn't get on

We did make three stops during our trip from Krabi to Khao Sok, but each stop lasted no more than one minute. Therefore, it wasn't like the reviews we had read before. The estimated arrival time at Khao Sok (bus station) was indeed 12:30. Then, the driver asked for the hotel address at the Khao Sok bus stop. One of the guys whose hotel was at the lake couldn't come with us because the minivan couldn't travel that far (more than 6km), so they had to take a taxi from that point. Our hotel was the Khao Sok Legend Poolvilla. Despite the very bumpy and dirty road, the driver still took us to the accommodation without complaining. Thank you, guys!
