Long waiting for nothing.. Getting told we were leaving in minutes, what didn’t happen. The total time from A to B was 4,5 hours with multiple unnecessary stoppages and switching from taxivan along the way. But the booked ride would be from A to B in 3 hours directly from the pickup point…

We were picked up at the hotel in time with a great vehicle. Then we were brought to a stop were a van had to pick us up and an other group. Then they recognized that that would no fit and we were brought to a big bus stop were we got tickets for a regular van ride. But with over an hour delay. The ride was ok but the driver were more focused on cigaret-stops and getting a drink for himself then driving (he was driving while looking on the phone). He was confused where to pick up people and where to stop and so our ride lastet 6:30 h instead of 3:00 h. That is unacceptable. Next time I would use a grab or something.
