Small speedboat took couple of hours to reach Surit Thani. Thankfully water was fairly calm so not too uncomfortable. On arrival, mini vans were waiting to take us to destinations. Arrived earlier than scheduled.

The staff are very caring. We can leave our bags at the office. And they already checked in the tickets for us. without having to queue There are sleeping places in the boat. The van picks you up when you arrive at the pier. Overall good service

The journey turned out to be ok and comfortable enough however we were put on a rather small speedboat with more people than it was meant to carry, a bit worrying considering a bad storm was due while we were travelling. We had to wait a while at the pier for the bus to arrive and the mini bus was much more uncomfortable, there was hardly room to sit down in it once all of our bags were piled up, even on some of the seats. We didn’t make any stops but the journey wasn’t very long so it was alright.

The driver from suratthani to koa sok was an extraordinary man. In surrathani it offered for 50 bath to take everyone to the hotel. In kao sok he wanted 200 for it. Many people on the bus were very angry and got off at the bus station. Too bad

The overnight boat was fine but the bus transport next morning was horrible and took ages. We waited for nearly 4 hours in the morning for the bus to start driving and then it brook down.

On time, smooth, comfortable and kind staffs all the way from Koh Tao to Khao Sok. One will even barely aware there are different companies that make trip trip possible. It was rought weather in the boat, but the staffs in speed boat made sure all passengers had plastic bag ready for sea sick - they are so prepared and know what they are doing. Our van driver to Khao Sok was very kind to drop me to my hotel (about 1-2km further).
